Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your LunaHangout Premium subscription at any time:
- Log into your account and visit Account Settings
- Click "Manage Subscription" to access the customer portal
- Select "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your choice
- Your subscription will remain active until the current billing period ends
No automatic charges: Once canceled, you will not be charged for future billing periods.
2. Refund Eligibility
As a SaaS platform providing instant digital services, refunds are generally not available. However, we may consider refunds in these specific circumstances:
Eligible for Refund:
- Technical Issues: If our service is completely unavailable for more than 48 continuous hours
- Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
- Unauthorized Charges: Charges made without your consent
- Service Misrepresentation: If core features are significantly different from advertised
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the service
- Dissatisfaction with AI recommendations or venue suggestions
- External factors (venue closures, weather, personal circumstances)
- Partial month usage before cancellation
- Free plan limitations
3. Refund Process
To request a refund for eligible circumstances:

- Include your account email and subscription details
- Describe the issue and reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
4. Billing Cycle Information
Understanding your billing cycle helps manage your subscription:
- Monthly Plan: Billed every 30 days from signup date
- Annual Plan: Billed every 365 days from signup date
- Proration: Plan changes are prorated for the remaining billing period
- Grace Period: Account remains active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
5. Data Access After Cancellation
After subscription cancellation:
- Immediate: Loss of premium features (unlimited plans, priority support)
- 30 Days: Account reverts to Free plan limitations (3 saved plans maximum)
- 90 Days: Excess saved plans may be automatically archived
- Data Export: You can export your plans before or after cancellation
